About the role
A player coach role responsible for leading and developing the proposal function while remaining hands on in the production of winning submissions.
What you'll be doing
This individual will personally write OTA responses, white papers, capability statements, and RFP volumes, establish proposal processes and best practices, co-ordinate cross functional contributors, and help build a scalable business development infrastructure to support continued growth.
